We are pleased to say that we are now open again after giving the shop a lovely 'facelift' and reorganisation to create a bright and spacious enviroment in line with the covid advice.We are following the social distancing advice and asking customers to use the hand santatiser provided on arrival. Although not essential it would be helpful if you could telephone before visiting and for those who prefer, appointments are possible. We are also happy to bring items to customers for them to see in their own home within a reasonable distance of the shop. Please phone us if this is of interest to you.
Although we had to cancel our annual Spring Ladies Day at Esseborne Manor, we hope that we will be able to consider having the event next year. It would be nice to see our ladies again at a pleasant social event where we can all dress up again !
All our beautiful clothes and gorgeous hats are ready and waiting for all those forthcoming special events. We have already had ladies deciding on their outfits for events next year, including for a certain coronation! However we know of at least one label that is not intending to provide a collection for next Summer as many of their retailers feel that they have enough stock. The repercussions of this is that we may loose some of our designers and manufacturers in the near future and choice would become more limited. So please support all your independent retailers in these difficult times so that we in turn can support our suppliers.
Fortunately holidays are back on the agenda .If you need cheerful, comfortable, and natural fibre items to top up your wardrobe, we always have summer wear available.
